Job Description: Job Purpose: To support the CCAP project by ensuring timely submission of CCNPP/CCAP document to PMU, collation and analyzing of data, documenting lessons learned for the project including tracking of the status of documents. Main activity: Data Collection: Collect/collate information from the CCAP team reports. Ensure that CCAP/field reports are documented appropriately. Update frequently CCAP Training database(s) Alert filed office in terms of submission of all documents on time. Disseminate progress update, and progress graph at least bi-weekly to provincial and field offices. Collect the information/field reports for CCAP monthly, quarterly, inception and final reports for each district. Collect all other reports or information needed by stockholders. Insure to reflect back in any changes on document process. Produce timely/frequent feedback to field team, on any error or delay. Collect field plan and masseur the progress at the end of each month and share with all team. Document the documentation flow, disseminate internally. Process all data with Bank, and insure opening account for CDC. Attend meetings with JV partner and keep district teams informed. Data Analyzeation: Analyze database and disseminate information to field offices. Compare database with MIS/PMU and correct discrepancy. Alert field office to send the returned documents as soon as the can. Analyze the database and follow up with team on any delay on submission of documents either new documents or documents that had been returned for correction. Track and analyses the CDC demographic data and share internally to Concern. Analyze the month progress and share with field staff. Attend on data reconciliation process with JV partner and PMUs where needed. Documenting Lessons Learned: Collect and submit the lessons learned from each step of CCAP to PC document them after being circulated by. Collect best practices, document it and share to Concern program team. Document lessons learned involving PMU/RRD. Field visit: Support field offices prepare proper documentations and records. Make decentralized system of data update. Training field staffs how to gather information and send to provincial office. External Relation: Liaise closely with the PMUs. Compare database with PMU data base and make correction to discrepancies Regularly consult with PMU and get update in terms of the status of documents either approved or returned for correction.
