Job Description

Prepare, review the RFP and prepare the proposal according to the project contract and RFP.and MUST be Prepare Proposal for (AED) Projects

Job Requirements

1.Degree of Civil Engineering or similar field is required:

2.At least 4 years continuous experience as a proposal writer or very similar position:

3.Working knowledge of MS Office packages, with advanced Excel skills :

4.Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

5.Skilled in utilization of QCS software for exporting of QC daily reports, submittals etc:

6.Working knowledge of Primavera to make and update project schedule:

7.Ability to prepare monthly invoices.
