Job Description: The objective of RADP-S is to improve food and economic security for rural Afghans in Kandahar, Helmand, Zabul, and Uruzgan provinces. The focus is to improve productivity and profitability for targeted value chains selected from the wheat, high-value crop, and livestock sectors. This sustainable agricultural development program supports the consolidation of licit economies to fuel economic growth, including providing alternatives to poppy cultivation. RADP-S achieves this objective through a relatively long-term agricultural value chain approach designed to address sustainability as well as by supporting policy, legal, and regulatory development. Gender programming is an important aspect in meeting the overall objective of the program, as women have significant roles in agricultural production, food security and family welfare improvements. JOB SUMMARY The Women's Training Facilitation Assistant will report directly to Gende Provincial Manager based in Zabul. The Women's Training Facilitation Assistant will be responsible for supporting Women's Master Trainers by providing logistical and administrative support to accomplish training activities. Tasks will include compiling financial and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) documentation, arranging delivery of training supplies to training locations. The Training Facilitation Assistant must ensure that all program activities are carried out in accordance with instructions of RADP-S management. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with the Women's Community Mobilizer, create attendance sheets prior to training activities. Accompany Women's Master Trainers to training activities. At training activities, complete M&E and financial documentation, including attendance sheets, intake forms, pre- and post- test. Conduct visual compliance and/or SAM verification of beneficiaries Collect copies of each beneficiaries' Tazkiras Issue RADP-S PINs to women without Tazkiras Make phone verification calls to beneficiaries. After training, compile all required documentation and submit to respective departments, ensuring all documents are present. Provide support to Gender Provincial Director to prepare deliverable packages for ICA holders Preparing procurement request forms Prepare cash advance requests documents. Upon completion of training, reconcile accounts with finance team for clearance of previous issued cash advance. Scan all documents prior to submission to M&E or finance teams; Keep good digital and physical records. Responsible to provide support to Operations Coordinator in terms of making and preparing Travel Authorization Forms for staff who plan to go to Kabul and or Kandahar for technical meetings. Any other job assigned by Operation Coordinator and or Provincial field Agent.
