Job Description: Job Summary : Child Sponsorship NK Officer is responsible for maintaining and smooth operation of NK (NKonsonKonson) web based data of sponsorship mechanism, ensuring NK queries responded and Fas along with supporters serviced in timely manner. In addition Child Sponsorship NK Officer is responsible to assist child sponsorship team on NK related business at country office, assist and support new LRPs in collecting child profiles, child photograph and assist the team in day to day CS business Job Responsibilities 01: Manage operational efficiency of NKonsonKonson in the country program. Maintain NK Security at all times (giving appropriate access levels). Organize efficient operation of sponsorship function within country program and monitor NK database. Follow up the logging of new children profiles on NK and generate data files for FAs on agreed time. Write and rewrite NKMs template as and when required. Follow up of LRPs communication plan and FAs responses to all queries ensure timely response to the supporters. Job Responsibilities 02: Support effective and efficient child sponsorship program in the country program across all LRPs. Maintain data entries of supporters on NK with respect to assigned LRPs and maintain NK security with reference to assigned LRPs. Support in collection of children profiles and photographs for new LRPs. Support in enforcing transparent system of child sponsorship mechanism and availability of updated master list at LRPs. Compliance to check to do list every day and inform relevant staff at country office to follow outstanding. Follow up the standard communication (child messages, photo update, absent letter, transfer, hold letter, welcome letter, dead letter) are generated, processed and dispatched to supporters on time. Organize capacity building of staff on NK for child sponsorship team, program staff and LRPs partners as and when required. Job Responsibilities 03: Networking and solidarity: Build solidarity across child sponsorship network with staff and government to achieve child sponsorship goals. Represent Actionaid in national level dialogues, forums and committees as per our strategic requirements. Job Responsibilities 04: Learning and staff development: Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring in the form of ‘learning by doing’ and ‘leading by example’ on program quality, policy and communication portfolio in coordination with other key teams Job Responsibilities 05: Coordination: Ensure highest levels of coordination within the country program through close interaction and information sharing within different departments and also with external stakeholders Job Responsibilities 07: Update ActionAid Afghanistan network Update ActionAid Afghanistan Facebook, Twitter, or other social media pages with latest information and news received from the LRPs and country office. Update Hive site and upload the relevant department information in each specific section. Update the website of the ActionAid with the latest information of the ActionAid Activities.
