Job Description: • Participate in conferences/meetings and present communications and reporting needs of ACEP to partners, and external and internal audiences. • Compile draft bi-weekly and quarterly reports, edit content and format and support the Communications team in producing high quality regular and ad-hoc reports. • Ensure substantial media presence in events by working closely with the Communications team to manage media related affairs. • Assist with events coordination, such as small and large conferences, maintaining accurate contacts and logistics databases, design printed and soft copy outreach materials, and manage after event reporting. • Support events, and coordinate identification and invitation of participants, keynote speakers and workshop presenters to major ACEP events. • Assist with social media posting, and ensure correct branding and marking and quality control of communications print materials, as per USAID requirements. • Update ACEP factsheets on quarterly basis and as per request from USAID. • Identify potential success stories, edit and revise content. • Prepare timeline for Work Plan and Quarterly report and process the distribution and approval from Management. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Communications Manager.
