Job Description: Tasks and Responsibilities: Make bookings, reservations and confirmation of flight tickets for Bank officials Arrange reservation and routing of Bank officials and communicate with ticket agents, travel agents and airline representatives through different means including online, telephone, emails and other electronic communications Advise on route changes and flight plan to cancel or confirm reservation using phone-calls and online means. Job Description: Assess organizational development needs in alignment with IARCSC laws, regulations, and IDLG’s priorities and needs. Facilitate and provide advice to address organizational development needs, including change management, team interventions, and organization assessment and redesign. Analyze organization structure proposed by every department and directorates, keeping in view functions, vision and mission of IDLG and the need to improve service delivery to the people. Provide technical support in forecast IDLG human resource requirement by analysis of right numbers, appropriate competencies and ensuring alignment with IDLG objective of efficient service delivery. Work with relevant directorates to prepare the detailed action plan for the reform plan Working with senior team members to design and facilitate participatory processes for the development and management of strategic plans for organizational development; Creating and facilitating participatory processes in which teams assess, develop and/or learn about new and/or improved programmatic and operational approaches and processes, etc; Improving organizational performance by providing and/or arranging for individual and group coaching, often at the executive level; Gauging readiness for organizational changes and gaps and performance by conducting surveys, analyses, direct stakeholder engagement, and other learning exercises; Provide technical advice on how improve the retention, performance and career development of staff.
